LQA LODGING QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM
FOR THE VAIL VALLEY

The LQA was initiated in 1999 with the aim of raising the bar on the quality of Lodging in the Vail Valley. A lodging standard and rating system have been developed so that the interior room quality of all Hotels and Condominiums may be assessed. The program is the first of its kind in the United States and encompasses over 3,000 units.

We are proud to say that Lodge at Lionshead has received the highest rating (88% Gold) of any condominium property in Lionshead!
