Deposit & Cancellation Policy...
We require a one night deposit to secure your reservation. Full payment will be charged 60 days prior to arrival. In the event of a cancellation, there is a $100 fee upon receipt of cancellation notice 60 days or more prior to arrival. All advance payments are non-refundable when cancellation is received with 60 days prior to arrival.
Trip cancellation/interruption insurance is strongly recommended to avoid forfeiture of advance payments. If a guest leaves one or more days earlier or arrives one or more days later than stated on the confirmation, he/she is responsible for the payment of the entire confirmed reservation.
