Employment Opportunity: Resident Manager
Looking for a responsible, friendly individual with light maintenance skills and a willingness to respond quickly & efficiently to lock-outs and maintenance emergencies at Lodge at Lionshead.


BENEFITS INCLUDE: Rent-free studio condominium at Vail's highest rated condominium property.  Condo is 350 sq. ft. with full kitchen, private bath, balcony, (1) underground parking spot and ski locker.  Laundry, sauna & fitness room privileges provided.  Cable & water included.  Phone & electricity not included.  Month-to-month lease, non-smoking, no storage, no pets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
**MUST CARRY CELL PHONE AT ALL TIMES AFTER MAINTENANCE LEAVES PROPERTY FOR THE DAY**

• Securing property 5 nights per week (to include weekends)
• Handling after-hours emergencies & lock-outs the same 5 nights per week
• 10 hours per week of light maintenance during shoulder seasons (Vail Mountain closing day - June 15 & September 15 - Vail Mountain opening day)
