Bon Appetit Magazine is in town for the Beaver Creek Master Chef Classic again this year and it is going to be good! Many of the smaller events are sold out, but tickets can still be had to a few of the signature events like the Master Chef Classic and Grand Tasting. Here’s the rundown:
The Classic features the Master Chef Challenge (similar to the Iron Chef competition) on Friday night and the ever-popular Grand Tasting on Saturday night. Also don’t miss a full lineup of tastings, seminars and cooking classes that celebrate culinary delights and offerings from Beaver Creek chefs as well as renowned guest chefs Joey Campanaro, Cat Cora, Ming Tsai, Hidekazu Tojo, François Payard and more.
My sister is at the Master Chef Sushi Workshop as I write this enjoying the culinary creations of Master Sushi Chef Hidekazu Tojo of Tojo’s, Vancouver and sipping cocktails. I’m very jealous.
