I have become a loyal fan of the Bravo! Top Chef series thanks to recent contestant and local chef, Kelly Liken. I also love food and wine and anything associated with them. That’s why I look at the Vail Restaurant Month schedule and think “Foodies would be in Heaven this month in Vail!” Just take a look a few of the “Market to Table” events this week:

And there’s more – I’m just scratching the surface here. In a nutshell, Vail’s best restaurants are offering fantastic menus and seminars all week that center around market-fresh produce and Colorado-grown products. Did I mention there are organic wine deals and Grand Marnier specialty cocktails around town? How can you go wrong?
