When you think “ski school”, you think probably think of basic group lessons and private lessons. Vail Snowsports School has both and both are great products, but we’ll get to those later. What most people don’t know is that there is so much more than just group and private lessons.
Here are some of the best kept secrets:
- The Adventure Sessions – $129/ person for up to 4 people. Explore the mountain and back bowls like never before while getting ski tips in the process. Perfect on the busiest of days for getting to secret stashes and cutting lift lines!
- Women’s only programs – Her Turn, She Skis, Girlz on Edge and Kim Reichhelm’s Women’s Ski Adventures
- Focused Learning/ SKImmersion – 5 days of intensive training for intermediate and advanced skiers guaranteed to take you to the next level. Think skiing boot camp.
And one of the best secrets…group lessons are can be a great value. If you time them right – like taking a lesson early to mid-week – you may only get a couple of other students in your class and have advantages of a semi-private lesson for a much lower cost. You’ll learn a lot, make new friends, get to cut lift lines and be much better than when you started.
