Set at the base of Vail Mountain along scenic Gore Creek, this southwestern-inspired, multi-level residence offers a great room with vaulted ceilings, a stone-clad gas fireplace, sleeper sofa, flatscreen TV, and sliding glass doors that invite indoor/outdoor living; a premium kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances; and a dining table for six. Additional features include dual guest suites, each with a flatscreen TV and attached bathroom (primary has two queen size beds, secondary has one double and two twin beds that can be made into a king), ceiling fans, a game table, washer/dryer closet, and parking for one vehicle.

Deposit, Final Payment, Cancellation

Spring, Summer & Fall (April 16 – November 19) A 5% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 48 hours prior to arrival at which time the stay is non-refundable.

Winter (November 20 – April 15*) A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.

*Holiday (December 20 – January 1) A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.
